This new 30,000 square foot Innovation Center building is designed and engineered as a learning center for engineers and trades people who come to Taco to learn about Taco products and software.  The center also supports employee-training courses.  The ground floor includes a lobby, two flexible classrooms and a tiered seminar room.  The second floor houses administrative offices and a library.

Atelier 505*

Atelier 505 is a ten-story 102-unit condominium development adjacent to the historic Boston Center for the Arts Cyclorama Building.  The mixed-use building includes ground floor restaurants and retail and the 350-seat Calderwood Pavilion Theater.

TripAdvisor Corporate Headquarters*

2015
TripAdvisor moved into this 280,000 square foot headquarter facility in 2015.  In addition to the open office space, the facility includes a conferencing center, full service food venue, four story atrium that doubles as an auditorium for quarterly and annual meetings.  Other amenities include food pantries on each floor, a fitness center, game rooms and a data center.

Analog Devices – cafeteria Renovation and Addition*

This renovation and addition bring new life to the corporate dining experience for Analog Device employees.  The new double height addition expands out to a landscaped plaza further enhancing the employee’s dining experience.
