Food Service Projects

I have extensive experience coordinating the design of food service facilities.  I have relationships with key consultants in the food service industry to meet the most demanding food service design challenges.

Graduate School of Education - Harvard University Cambridge MA

This project included integrating a new professional kitchen and servery in Gutman Library at Harvard University's Graduate School of Education.  The new food service venue has become the social hub of the campus.

Food service consulting is provided by FDS Design Studio, Inc.  Work completed while employed at Baker Design Group, Inc.

TripAdvisor Corporate Headquarters, Needham MA

Serving 1000 TripAdvisor employees daily meals, this food service venue consists of a large professional kitchen and servery that includes seven food stations.

St. Luke's Church East Greenwich RI

St. Luke's Church Retained Lofgren Consulting Architects, LLC. to create an updated professional kitchen to support their many food ministries.  The original Kitchen built in 1961 was no longer able to meet  the demands of the Parish so this new kitchen has been designed to meet their current and future needs.
